About usOur missionYour challengeOur solutionMethodology
Statistically, a start-up business faces a higher probability of failure than any other type of business. Stack the odds in your favor.

Do you have the energy, contacts and knowledge to do it alone?

How can we help you? Anderson Clarke & Associates helps founders take their companies from the start-up phase to the next level. We also specialize in turnaround situations. We assist at all levels – we write business plans, perform valuations, raise capital, and help build out the boards of directors and advisors, and the management team. We get involved in strategic planning and even help execute the business plan.

Who do we target? Your start-up business poses exceptional risks for you and investors alike. Unlike turn-around situations, which at least have problems to fix, start-ups have nothing but a vision. Unless you self-fund your start-up or wish to build slowly over time, you need to take certain steps to attract investors. If you have chosen to seek venture capital, you already have a business plan.

What kinds of businesses do we target? We prefer working on Internet or technology based businesses. If it is a financial services business, even better. Because we become very active in the business, we limit our involvement to a select number of companies.

Where must you be located? We are located in Sint Maarten Netherlands Antilles, an emerging financial service center, so we prefer clients to have a North American and/or Caribbean nexus. If you are based outside of North America and are looking to expand into the region, we can talk.

When can we be of use to you?
You must be a start-up or in turnaround mode for us to help you. Everything else leaves us cold.

Why do we do this?
We enjoy the creativity required to get a start-up operation off the ground or a turnaround back on track. There is nothing like building out a dream.
